Returns / Cancellations
We know sometimes things change, so no worries! If you need to return or change your order we've made the process nice and simple -
Return an item to us:
Please post your unused item back in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase (including receipt) to the address below and we will sort out a full refund on receiving your item/s.

Cancel an order:
Our production methods are extremely fast, so to cancel an order you must contact us within the first hour of confirming the order.
Please email us ASAP info@vinylconcept.co.uk and our production manager will contact you confirming the order has been successfully canceled. Please include the following details with your cancellation email:
- Name/User name
- Amount Paid
- Payment method details (eg. paypal address used)

Damaged goods:
Please contact us by email at info@vinylconcept.co.uk with a photo of the damaged goods and one of our lovely team will sort it out asap.
